Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team!
Our goal is to provide behavioral health services to the greater Albuquerque metro area.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with Mental Health disorders
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Monitor and document client progress and behaviors
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and modify treatment plans
- Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed
- Provide support and guidance to clients in developing coping skills and problem-solving techniques
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
- Previous experience in Mental Health counseling or other related fields
- Experience working with individuals with Mental Health disorders, particularly children
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, art therapy, motivational interviewing, and work with family court
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Understanding of family systems
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and treatment approaches

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 per year
