Licensed Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team!

Our goal is to provide behavioral health services to the greater Albuquerque metro area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with Mental Health disorders
• Assist in the implementation of treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Monitor and document client progress and behaviors
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and modify treatment plans
• Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed
• Provide support and guidance to clients in developing coping skills and problem-solving techniques
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Previous experience in Mental Health counseling or other related fields
• Experience working with individuals with Mental Health disorders, particularly children
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities
• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, art therapy, motivational interviewing, and work with family court
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Understanding of family systems
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and treatment approaches

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 per year
