● PLUS you get your own full-time assistant to support you in all aspects of your day-to-day with anything client-facing.

Qualifications -

What we look for in applicants:

· Master's degree from an accredited university or professional school of Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

· Appropriate CA -State licensure: An active, current CA license is required - we do not accept associates or interns.

· Must reside primarily in California

· Ability to work full-time and comfortable working from your home

What Your Day Will Look Like -

● Provide individual therapy sessions on a full-time basis with a caseload of 35 clients weekly - we are currently not hiring for part-time or contract work.

● Document individual progress and adjust client treatment plans as needed.

● Utilize different clinical approaches such as Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, DBT, etc.

Schedule Options: Opportunity to work your own schedule. Clinical sessions run Monday through Sunday, 7 am to 9 pm, Four-day work weeks are an option. Telemedicine and in-person flexibility.

Client Population: Here at CFND, we get referrals for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors who are experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression. Are you passionate about working with a specific population or age group? Our scheduling department will work with you to ensure that each client that is placed with you will fit your clinical scope.

Compensation: Salaried W2 position. Annualized salary ranges from $74K to $130K depending on hours/week worked.
