Job Summary:

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional, you will be a part of a 24/7 team providing coverage for access to clinical services and support for clients in crisis. You will complete Mental Health assessments, provide emergency psychotherapy and supportive counseling, and evaluate the clinical need for hospitalization or crisis house admission.

The successful candidate may work remotely, hybrid, or on-site in Missoula. Remote and hybrid employees must be physically located in Montana. Come join the WMMHC team and make a difference!

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • LCSW or LCPC in the state of Montana.
  • Certification as a Mental Health Professional Person required within 6 months of hire
  • Two (2) years of progressively responsible post-graduate experience in a clinical setting where evaluation and referral skills are utilized.
  • Two (2) years assessing and treating severe and persistent mentally ill adults and severely emotionally disturbed youth.
  • Ability to pass a background check and driver’s license check upon offer of employment.
  • Current and valid MT driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Provide proof of auto liability insurance coverage per Western’s policies.
