Licensed Massage Therapist

• This individual will help create, cultivate, and promote a high-quality wellness environment for our guests.
• They will provide Tricoci’s standard of services for massage and body treatments.

• Responsible for performing full body massage services including exfoliation treatments, and body wraps.
• Provide consistent communication with our guests to identify their needs and set expectations throughout the treatment.
• Follows all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services; always ensuring board compliance.
• Regularly attend and participate in educational trainings to improve and strengthen wellness service expertise and develop new skills, this includes staff meetings, training sessions, sales promotions, external events, and beauty shows.
• Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of guest service throughout the Salon and Spa.
• Cultivates new guest relationships and ensures retention of new and existing guests through high standards of service, courteousness, and attentiveness.
• Achieving personal and salon service goals by informing and educating guests on new, innovative products, other services, and programs to build a strong guest base.
• Maintains safety standards and cleanliness, keeping work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
• Proactively develops new clientele through delivering exceptional service, rebooking, referrals, and promotion.

• A valid and current Illinois license is required.
• One to Three years’ experience is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of various massage modalities, such as deep tissue, Swedish, etc., and a willingness to learn to utilize various tools to support wellness services, such as hot stone, cupping massage, etc.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
• Required education: High school or equivalent.
• Able to stand on your feet or sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Available to work a minimum of 4 days per week of varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Full-time = working an average of 28.5 hours/week.
• Team Members working an average of 19.5 hours/week are eligible for all benefits listed above, with the exception of Medical/Rx.
