Your Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to better understand clients' mental health challenges and develop successful treatment programs.

· Individual therapy should be provided utilizing individualized techniques to promote personal growth and well-being.

· Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively and track client progress.

· Provide teletherapy solutions for virtual sessions or people who have difficulty getting around.

· To sustain ethical standards, keep precise documentation.

· Participate in professional development to improve clinical abilities and stay current on innovative trends.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Active and valid state license.: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

· Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy

· Establish a secure and trusted therapy relationship with clients by demonstrating great communication and interpersonal skills.

· Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles are required.

· Demonstrate great organizational and time management abilities, enabling efficient caseload management and administrative chores.
