Schedule:

This is a full-time and part time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, ensuring effective meeting of our client's needs.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

· Execute thorough assessments and screenings to assess clients' mental health difficulties and determine the treatment needed.

· Develop tailored therapy programs to address each client's specific issues and goals.

· Assist in the facilitation of evidence-based individual and group treatment sessions.

· Work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide comprehensive care.

· Educate and assist clients' families as they go through the healing process.

· Keep accurate and confidential records while following regulatory and ethical requirements.

Qualifications:

· Must hold a current and legitimate state license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

· Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy

· Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills while building a secure and trusting therapeutic connection with clients.

· Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles are required.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities are required to ensure effective workload management and administrative chores.
