Monday: 10:30AM - 7:00PM
Tuesday: 10:00AM - 6:00PM
Wednesday: 10:30AM - 7:00PM
Thursday: 10:30AM - 7:00PM
Friday: 10:00AM - 6:00PM

As Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be supported by experienced leadership and administrative teams committed to the mission of facilitating lasting positive change for young people and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload size of six (6) clients providing individual, family and group therapy
- Support parents/caregivers through parent coaching
- Engage in treatment planning, utilization review, and timely Electronic Medical Record documentation
- Support in crisis management & de-escalation as needed
- Collect outcome measures throughout treatment to review progress and inform treatment plan
Qualifications
Required
- Fully licensed to practice in the state of California
- Minimum master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW), Clinical Mental Counseling (CMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a related discipline
- Work experience providing individual, family, and group therapy
- A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach, working with other care providers and a passion for family systems therapy and group therapy
- Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required
Preferred:
- One year of experience working in a high acuity setting (intensive out-patient, residential, psychiatric hospital, eating disorder clinic, substance abuse clinic, etc., using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities
- Experience working with clients of intersecting and marginalized identities
- Specialization in or experience providing LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy
- Experience with evidence-based psychotherapies including DBT, CBT/TF-CBT, MI, and/or SMART recovery
- Utilization of diagnostic and outcome measurements (e.g., PHQ-9 or GAD-7) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes

Pay: $95,000 - $105,000 per year DOE. $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS!
