SalaryWe are currently on the lookout for individuals who are either licensed in Life Insurance or seeking assistance to acquire one. We provide comprehensive training, remuneration on a daily/weekly basis, and we're urgently hiring for both part-time and full-time positions.

- ACTUAL Financial advisors: We work side by side with an RIA that has been in the business since 1986 in order to assist each other with any and all client financial needs.
- Credit Counseling: We are partnered with a Credit Counseling firm to assist you or your clients with establishing business credit or repairing personal credit.
- Tax Advisory/Planning: Our team includes a former auditor who can provide you with valuable tax advice to prevent any legal issues. As well as a CPA firm.
- Medicare: A dedicated Medicare division for clients that have that need, as well as clients coming from that division who need help form out life division.
- Earned Renewals: From day one, you have ownership of residuals, not merely 5% annually over a 10-year period.
- Flexible Engagement: Feel free to test our environment for 90 days. If you find it unsuitable, you are free to move on.
Acquisition Strategy: Our customers come from qualified leads. We operate transparently and avoid bait and switch tactics. There is no pressure to sell insurance to individuals who initially signed up for free offers.
Leads Strategy: We never pressure our team to purchase "recycled" overpriced leads or resort to bothering friends, family, or employing "Cold Calls/Door knocks". We offer a diverse range of models, including marketing platforms, small business outreach, and 403b client training, among others, to help you acquire clients. Although we provide the option to buy leads, it's entirely up to you. We respect individual preferences and understand that everyone has unique needs, we can help you navigate them.
No Cold Calling or Random Prospecting: We offer a work environment free from cold calling or random prospecting.
NO FEES/Dues: We don't charge you to work here. There are no recruiting dues, manager fees, contests, etc. We believe in paying YOU for your work, not the other way around.
Licensing Support: If you lack a license, we're here to help you obtain one through our Two Week Program.
Avoid Pyramid Schemes: We're not advocating for a "project 100" pyramid model. You don't need to come up with a "list of names" to thrive here.
