We are currently looking for an exceptional Licensed Journeymen Plumbers to join new commercial construction team!
Position Requirements:
- Must have a UPC Journeyman License to work in surrounding areas of Omaha
- Must be able to read blue prints and run a job site along with a crew
- Inspecting structure, locating and marking positions of pipes, connections, and passage holes for pipe in walls and floors
- Repairing and maintaining plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains
- Ability to interpret drawings and layouts from mechanical drawings
- Building plumbing systems, gas, water, sewer, steam systems, inspections
- Must be able to perform takeoff, plan work, order material with minimal shorts
- Ensure proper billing, invoicing and daily documentation of activities
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finished project
- Valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive
