Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.

Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls, address inquiries, and offer solutions to meet clients' needs.

Policy Customization: Design insurance plans tailored to each client's unique requirements.

Client Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.

Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Previous experience in Insurance Sales or a related field is advantageous.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
