Internal Trainer to Assist with Agency Training

• Drive new accounts to the agency
• Utilize lead man/lead womanager to maximize sales potential
• Follow up on x-dates and other policy generating activities
• Follow agency processes to build rapport, ask qualifying questions and gather information to assess the clients risk profiles to offer them the proper solution
• Sell compliant property, casualty, umbrella, and other types of insurance to consumers, customizing programs to cover a variety of risks to meet the needs of every individual
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork is filled out and filed to put the insurance policy in place
• Utilize internal documentation requirements appropriately and when necessary
• Communicate with our support staff to ensure needed follow ups are completed

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in your resident State

• Previous industry experience preferred
