We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. Duties:
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
- Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients
- Process insurance applications and ensure all necessary documentation is complete
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy renewals and claims assistance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
-Prior experience working in a remote setting.
-Prior experience in insurance outside sales.
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Strong sales administration skills, including prospecting and closing deals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
- Experience in telemarketing or cold calling is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
