Licensed Insurance Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building client relationships, and selling insurance policies to meet the needs of our clients. Duties:
- Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Provide accurate quotes and explain coverage details to clients
- Process insurance applications and ensure all required documentation is complete
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions
- Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies
- Utilize various sales techniques, including telemarketing, to generate leads and secure new clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details

Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of insurance products, including benefits administration and coverage options
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and retail sales techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to insurance sales
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance in handling sensitive client information
