A great Home Inspector candidate is personable, detailed, a good communicator, prompt, professional, and committed to continual personal and professional development. You must have an innate desire to be great at what you do and be a self-starter. It helps but is not required to have an extensive background in building, plumbing, electrical, and / or HVAC.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
