Licensed Esthetician

Overview: As a Licensed Esthetician at Foxhole Barbershop, you will be responsible for providing high-quality facial and waxing services to our clients. With your expertise in skincare and hair removal techniques, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' appearance and confidence. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting yourself and soliciting clients to ensure a steady flow of business.

Responsibilities:

• Facial Services:
• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, and moisturizing, tailored to each client's skin type and concerns.
• Conduct skin analyses to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate skincare regimens and products to maintain and improve skin health.
• Provide professional advice and guidance on skincare techniques, products, and routines to help clients achieve their skincare goals.
• Waxing Services:
• Administer waxing services for various areas of the body, including but not limited to eyebrows, lip/chin, arms, legs, and bikini line, ensuring thorough hair removal and minimal discomfort for clients.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards during waxing procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure client safety and satisfaction.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-waxing care instructions to minimize irritation and maximize the longevity of results.
• Client Management:
• Build and maintain a loyal client base by delivering exceptional service, establishing rapport, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Maintain a client book with detailed records of appointments, preferences, and contact information, ensuring accurate scheduling and follow-up.
• Actively promote your services through various channels, including social media, word-of-mouth referrals, and community events, to attract new clients and maximize business growth.
• Professional Development:
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in skincare and hair removal through ongoing education and training opportunities.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative sessions to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and contribute to the overall success of Foxhole Barbershop.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and hygiene, adhering to state regulations and licensing requirements at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid esthetician license issued by the state regulatory board.
• Proven experience as a Licensed Esthetician, with expertise in facial treatments and waxing services.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and techniques, with the ability to customize treatments to meet individual client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to promote yourself and solicit clients effectively to drive business growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing client satisfaction and service excellence.
