Licensed Esthetician

We are in search of a Licensed Medical Aesthetician who is looking to work in a dynamic and positive work environment. With a fully functioning room, the necessary supplies and access to over 1,000 potential clients, the opportunity for growth is endless. We sell and use medical grade products in all our facials. We are willing to pay for any outside training & additional certifications if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The ideal applicant should demonstrate excellent communication, sales skills and the ability to learn new techniques and technology.
• The ideal candidate must be a team player that is knowledgeable, reliable, personable and able to multitask.
• Candidate must be self-motivated, patient focused, with strong customer sales & service skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment with clients and staff.
• Must be knowledgeable of services such as filler, Botox, IV nutrition, Regenerative Medicine and laser experience a plus.
• Candidate must follow up on leads, perform consultations and treatment plans.
• FL Esthetician license must be active. (Required)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform a variety of esthetician services including facials, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Dermalinfusion, Photofacials, Dermaplaning, Hydrafacials and Microneedling, waxing and body treatments.
• Upsell and promote the sale of medical skin care line products as well as our other services.
• Exhibit a strong desire to help others by promoting the health and benefits of our services including the education of the clients of their individual needs.
• Maintain a sanitary work environment & have knowledge of proper cleaning and sterilization procedures including laser upkeep/maintenance.
• Understand the care needed to maintain expensive equipment.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics.
• Support team members as needed.
• Additional duties: Marketing (email, text, events, contests, giveaways) and manage skin care product inventory.
• Must adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations.
