We use evidenced-based interventions, including psycho-social assessment and diagnosis for clients experiencing a diagnosable disorder from the DSM-V, and is medically necessary to receive treatment. We establish a therapeutic relationship with clients to help facilitate client-focused change and resolution of client-identified issues (Trauma and Feedback Informed Treatment).

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Master's in Social Work, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree
- License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Experience: Providing psychological services to clients and using empirically based treatment models for individual treatment
- Clinical training and experience with trauma informed treatment models and interventions for children, adolescents, adults, and families

- Competitive Compensation $112,800 and open the door to limitless earning potential through schedule flexibility, performance-based raises, and bonuses, with the opportunity to earn up to $136,600+ annually.
- Tap into a rewarding earning potential $19,500 annually when you possess proficiency in bilingual Spanish communication and/or hold certifications in PCIT or play therapy.
- $500 per year reimbursed after 1-year of employment towards License, Training, and Continued Education
- (2) weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) during first year.
- (4) weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) front-loaded on your 1-year anniversary date.
