Title: Part-Time Therapist
Out Patient Physical Therapy Clinic Specializing in work-related injuries
We are seeking a licensed mental health clinician to join our therapy team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will provide individual psychotherapy services to clients coping with work-related trauma and stress. This is a part-time position requiring availability for 15-20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct initial assessments and develop customized treatment plans
· Provide ongoing weekly therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as CBT, EMDR, prolonged exposure therapy etc.
· Treat clients both in-person and via telehealth to improve accessibility
· Maintain timely and complete clinical documentation meeting all compliance standards
· Coordinate care closely with other treatment providers
· Attend clinical supervision and staff meetings as scheduled
Requirements:
· Active LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in good standing
· 2+ years of experience providing trauma-informed care
· Knowledge of EMDR, CBT, and other modalities for PTSD treatment
· Strong assessment, documentation, and time management skills
· Warm, compassionate approach focused on building a therapeutic alliance
· Experience with telehealth platforms
· Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
