We seek licensed psychologists (PhD, EDD, and PsyD) for full or part-time positions on Oahu in Hawaii.Experience with children/adolescents is highly valued.Clinicians have the option of onsite or hybrid scheduling.Compensation:* $110,000 - $132,000 annually (depending on experience and caseload volume)* W2 and 1099 ModelRequirements:* Doctoral degree in psychology* Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred* Independent mental health license in Hawaii* Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families* Solid computer and basic technology skills* Demonstrated history of professional growth and development* Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clientsBeneficial Skills & Experience:* Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations* Experience with children or adolescents* Experience with couples or family counseling* Experience with clinical therapyAdvantages:* Health/Dental/Vision/401k with employer contribution & additional elective insurances* Malpractice insurance provided* Paid time off (PTO)* Additional advantages include student loan paydown plan, EAP services at no cost, professional development/CEUsAbout Xplor Counseling:Xplor is growing and has exceptional leadership to collaborate with.
