The Mindset Counseling Group is an outpatient Mental Health clinic, dedicated to providing the
very best Mental Health care to all of its clients. We take a whole-person approach by offering
multidisciplinary strategies by experienced, dedicated, and caring clinicians. Our clinician’s
priority is to help every one of our clients function forward with a resilient mindset despite any
stresses or adversities they are struggling to overcome.
At Mindset, our clinicians have been trained in and continue to keep up with the most current,
research-based methods of counseling.
Located in the Central Texas area, we accept most insurances and can work with clients that do
not have insurance. Budget should not get in the way of someone’s Mental Health.

What’s your day to day look like?
Diagnose and treat Mental Health disorders with the utmost compassion, integrity, and commitment to excellence
Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients
Create and update individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances
Make recommendations/referrals to specialists as necessary
Maintain thorough notes of client interactions and adhere to strict confidentiality standards
Accept a variety of insurances
Attend team meetings and clinical consultative meetings
Work with a variety of clients including individuals, couples, families, and groups within your skill-set and scope of practice
What experience and qualifications are we looking for?
Must be fully licensed Mental Health Therapist
LCSW, LPC, LMFT
Must maintain knowledge of the latest treatment modalities and Evidenced-Based Models
Must take initiative, demonstrate sound judgment, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization & time management skills
A desire to work with a diverse population, including, but not limited to:
A transient population of military members and their families
Marriage and family therapists trained in Gottman therapy
Child and adolescent focused therapists
Trauma/EMDR focused therapists
A interest/desire to perform psychological assessments
