Job Title: Remote School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are a leading provider of educational services, dedicated to empowering students' growth and development. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a remote capacity, supporting students in a school-based setting.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Speech Language Pathologist with previous experience in a school-based environment. As a School Based SLP, you will work remotely to assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders and support their academic success. The position requires a commitment to providing high-quality services and collaborating effectively with educators, parents, and other professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' communication abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students' communication needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, and school certification, if applicable.
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.
- Liability insurance coverage.
Additional Requirements:
- Completion of a technology screening to ensure proficiency with remote communication and therapy platforms.
- Availability to work flexible hours aligned with the school schedule.
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate workspace for remote sessions.
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses and certifications, which can broaden job opportunities.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
