Licensed Aesthetician/ Front Desk Receptionist

This job requires you to work every Saturday! Only apply if you can work Saturday's.

Duties:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, dermaplaining, hydrafacial, chemical peels, and spa style facials.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on skincare routines and products
- Demonstrate and promote skincare and beauty products through product demos
- Assist with retail sales of skincare and beauty products
- Perform skin evaluations, this includes but not limited to skin evaluations, desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risk and benefits.

- Maintaing accurate documentation, such as patient charting, before and after photos and treatment records.

- Prioritize patient safety above all else and maintain excellent hygiene.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the medical spa
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Coordinate events
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with project coordination as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with medical spa procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proven experience as an Aesthetician
- Strong guest services and customer service skills
- Experience in product demos and retail sales of skincare and beauty products
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
