Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including hydrafacials, laser treatments, chemical peels, and microneedling
- Provide exceptional guest services and ensure a positive experience for clients
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and at home care regimen
- Manage client appointments and maintain accurate records in the EMA electronic records system
- Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques
Qualifications:
- Valid aesthetician license in the state of Louisiana
- Proven experience in performing aesthetic treatments
- Knowledge of medical dermatology is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
