Responsibilities:

As an Aesthetic Injector at Fulcrum Aesthetics, you will be responsible for performing cosmetic injections and procedures, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, weight loss, hormone optimization, PRP and more (training provided!). Your role is crucial in delivering top-notch aesthetic outcomes and ensuring safe and positive experiences for our patients. As an NP or PA at Fulcrum, you are also responsible for performing new patient good faith exams and the clinical oversight of our team of aestheticians. You will also need to maintain a consistent presence across social media platforms.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on injecting experience, specializing in neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a focus on aesthetics.

- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results and high patient satisfaction.

- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and the ability to create natural-looking enhancements.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate patients on treatment options (injectables, aesthetics, wellness, surgery, etc)

- Availability to work Wednesday’s and every other Saturday.

Key Skills:

- Proficient in administering neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) and dermal fillers (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane, RHA).

- Keen eye for aesthetic detail and the ability to customize treatments based on individual patient needs.

- Commitment to staying ahead of industry trends, new products, and advanced techniques.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport, retain patients, and receive new referrals

- Maintain a consistent presence on social media platforms,

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
