Licenses
- LPN
- Plans and manages client's care according to each client's needs.
- Interviews care recipients, records their medical history, and physical condition.
- Provides routine training for caregivers on special equipment.
- Performs reviews at clients homes every 90 days for adjustment and updates to care plans.
- Communicates with clients and their families.
- Performs supervisor visits on each caregiver annually.
- Works under the supervision of the RN.
