This position will work on the sourcing and distribution of financings either in loan or bond form across public and private markets. You will report to the head of Leveraged Credit Sales and primarily focus on clients who are domestic banks. This position will have defined production targets in addition to goals that are longer term in nature that will advance the franchise in areas such as IT, product development, and market penetration. While this position will be markets based, collaboration with colleagues in banking will be of paramount importance to its success.
As our Leveraged Credit Sales you will:
- Contribute to the development of and implementing an overall strategy and vision for the team in line with our Credit Sales, and overall Markets and Securities Services strategy
- Implement client and sales strategies that further the business agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation
- Provide clients with a fit for purpose, relevant and commercial Leveraged Credit proposition and product offering that utilizes HSBC’s global footprint and local knowledge
- Drive product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment, while meeting the Group conduct outcomes
- Be an effective sponsor to drive the Change agenda is fundamental to the role. The aim is to ensure Investment ('Change the Bank') funds are maximized and the business is transformed into a globally standardized platform for electronic and voice trading and risk management
- Drive collaboration with other internal businesses within Markets and Securities Services and other internal businesses including Banking and Wholesale Banking, Wealth and Personal Banking, and Private Banking.
For this role, HSBC targets a minimum pay of $250,000.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
