Level Ii Nde Technician

Level II NDE Technician – individual must have sufficient technical knowledge and skills to be qualified to set up and perform calibrations, Nondestructive Tests to interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications. The NDE Level II must be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the methods for which are being performed. The NDE Level II must be able to organize and report results of testing.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Level II Certification in Visual Inspection (VT)
• Level II Certification in Liquide Penetrant (PT)
• Level II Certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UTT)
• Level II Certification In Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
• Valid Driver’s License and pre-access drug and alcohol testing required.
• Pre-employment background checks will be required.
• Valid TWIC Card required.
• Knowledge of refinery operations would be considered an asset.
• Per diem is not available for this position, local candidates preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Move, carry, and lift objects 50 lbs. or more.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and climb.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Remain constantly active throughout shift.
