We have a brand-new opportunity for a Level 3 Technician to work in a corporate environment located onsite with one of our largest and most well-known clients handling requests for support of software / hardware that are not supported by the regular IT support group.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This candidate will have frequent interaction with clients in person and via phone, email, and IM. The role will be working in a dynamic team and cross training to backfill for peer team members. This candidate will train and backfill for our client’s partner IT groups, including Data Center Housing, IT Service Centers, and Audio-Visual departments. This candidate may be required to wear a polo shirt daily to identify as a support technician. Our client will challenge this role with additional responsibilities, assigned periodically aimed to help meet our client's needs and provide this candidate with continuous hands-on training and experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Putting OS on client laptops / desktops / tablets, configuration of laptops / desktops / tablets and client data migration
- Advanced break / fix support of software / hardware issues for clients
- Managing and updating tickets via the client's ticketing database
- Flexibility changing directions within an hour, sometimes less
- Travelling between buildings using personal vehicle
- Working inside the FAB / Cleanroom environment

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years of technical experience
- A+ certification required within 90 days of start date
- Windows / Linux imaging experience
- Advanced Windows OS troubleshooting
- Basic server imaging with limited troubleshooting
- Basic Linux OS troubleshooting
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo
- May be required to walk / sit / stand / crawl / kneel for extended periods
- Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent written / verbal communication skills
- Requires knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word primarily) and Windows 7, 8, and 10
