Starting Pay is $22.00 per hour on Days and $25.00 per hour on Nights

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure that products are produced in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as cleaning and lubrication, to ensure that machines operate at peak efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment as needed to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Monitor the production process to identify and correct issues affecting product quality or consistency.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, such as equipment performance and product yields.
- Communicate with other plant personnel regarding production schedules, equipment issues, and product quality.
- Participate in training programs to develop knowledge and skills related to production equipment and processes.
Working hours: 4:30 AM - 4:45 PM (Various Shifts Available)
