Lens Coating Technician - 3rd Shift

Cherry Optical Lab is a leader in manufacturing optical lenses and is obsessed with two things: 1. Making the world's best lenses & 2. Making the world's happiest people. (Our Team Members, our customers, and their patients.) We are looking to fill a full-time position within our 3rd Shift Coating Production team.

The main job responsibilities of this position include learning how to operate automated optical machinery to apply different coatings to lenses. We are looking for applicants that have mechanical aptitude, enjoy working in a team of people and are comfortable working with various pieces of heavy machinery. Attention to detail is a must! Team members must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time. No experience preferred; we will train candidates who have a sincere interest in learning the optical industry.

The days and hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 10:00pm-6:30am. While voluntary overtime is generally available, it is never mandatory at Cherry! Starting pay is $22.00 per hour.
