Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with managing Firm's files and personnel records
- Ensure that file keeping best practices are followed
- Maintain up to date knowledge on Firm's policies and best practices for record keeping
- Coordinate with vendors for record removal
- Assist with special projects
Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of file management and database experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Professional communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
