Intuit’s Legal, Compliance and Policy Organization (LCPO) is seeking a Legal Operations Project Manager to join our growing Operations Team in a newly created position, reporting to LCPO’s Technology Lead. We are looking for a candidate who is skilled in implementing new technologies, developing new processes, and managing multiple projects across a diverse team of stakeholders. The right candidate will be energized by shaping a new role, comfortable being a thought partner across the organization, can understand the LegalTech language, and has hands-on experience with common LegalTech solutions.

This role is hybrid with on-site expectations of 2-3 days per week in Mountain View, California.
ResponsibilitiesProject Management:
- Collaborate with LCPO Practice Group leads to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
- Coordinate LCPO Operations projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget
- Partner with LCPO’s IT lead to maintain LCPO projects/systems in Intuit’s enterprise tracking tool
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise
- Liaise with external vendors and partners as needed to support project objectives
- Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders
Legal System Administration:
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance of LCPO systems, including e-billing, document management, contract management, and case management tools
- Suggest and implement enhancements to legal systems and workflows by identifying process improvements and implementing best practices
- Provide training and support to legal staff in the use of legal technology and systems
- Monitor and assess the performance of legal technology tools and recommend upgrades or changes as necessary
- B.A. or B.S. degree
- 3-4 years in-house experience in the areas of legal program/project management
- 3-4 years in-house experience managing common LegalTech tools (Contract Lifecycle Management, Matter Management, eBilling, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Entity Management, etc.)
- Prior experience with Project Management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Asana
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and expertise in establishing frameworks for others
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team
