Role Overview:
As a Senior Legal Operations Consultant, you will be integral to engaging with existing clients while expanding our AI Extension opportunities within our customer base utilizing the Intelligent Repository solution, a game-changer in automating contract management tasks. Your role involves direct engagement with our existing clients guiding them through the full CLM journey while providing team leadership to junior members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract lifecycle management solutions, emphasizing automation in capturing, tagging, and filing executed contracts.
- Develop strategies to enhance existing client relationships and expand consulting services, leveraging your deep knowledge of DocuSign CLM.
- Mentor and manage a team, focusing on innovative solutions in Legal Operations.
- Engage with existing customer base to drive expansion opportunities for AI Extension in Document Generation and Workflow.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years in Legal Operations consulting, with expertise in AI implementation in contract management.
- Proven track record in enhancing customer satisfaction and account growth.
- Leadership experience and capability in program development and team management.
- Strong knowledge of DocuSign CLM, Salesforce, and other relevant integration platforms.
