SalaryConsider joining McMahon Surovik Suttle, PC in downtown Abilene as a "Runner." The McMahon Law firm is an established organization of approximately 20 attorneys with over 125 years of history serving the Abilene community and the greater West Texas area. Our attorneys practice nearly every manner of civil law.
Our Runners work closely with the Receptionist and the Business Manager to ensure the smooth daily operation of all front office activities. Common duties include management of the breakroom, trips to any number of the surrounding county courthouses to produce or retrieve documents, and some receptionist duties as needed. The position could also include filing, shredding, and other clerical work as well as special projects assigned by the attorneys.
Some customer service and/or general office experience would be helpful, but not required. We are seeking a bright, motivated candidate who desires some excellent experience in a Legal Office setting. Monday-Friday shifts available from approximately 1:00 PM to 5:15 PM. Preference for those who can cover later in the afternoons on multiple or all weekdays.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
