DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Manage a team of analysts and associates, responsible for firm wide regulatory and internal management reporting on the firm's risk profiles (at a Legal Entity level), including support for Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and for the Office of the Controller for the Currency (OCC). These reports include daily analytics and trends to assist senior managers in monitoring and managing the firm's mark risk profiles, as well as executive level presentations for Recovery and Resolution purposes. Accountable for Legal Entity risk packs that are submitted to Americas Senior Management, Risk Committees, CROs, Board of Directors, and regulators. Focus on ensuring Risk Reporting is comprehensive, timely, and accurate so that all levels of risk management can use it to understand and manage the business in a timely and effective manner. Keep robust controls during daily activities. Ensure reasonableness and integrity of risk information before submittal. Ensure consistency in practices and procedures around reporting of risks exposures across teams. Expand Legal Entity coverage and increase frequency of reports production when necessary. Expand coverage of other risk stripes, including model, principal, and reputational, as risk profiles change. Build working relationships with internal stakeholders, such as Finance, Product Control, Credit Risk Technology, and the Risk Management Coverage teams. Provide support to other team members in producing monthly and quarterly risk reports. Present reports to senior management and risk coverage representatives, highlighting significant MoM and QoQ variances.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Math, Actuarial Science, Statistics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Legal Entity Risk Reporting North America, Risk Reporting Manager, Risk Reporting, Financial Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Managing and coaching teams; Programming languages and automation technologies, including SQL, VBA, Alteryx, and Tableau; Risk management concepts and metrics, focusing on market, credit, liquidity and operational risk; Management of limits for risk management; Traditional credit products and counterparty risk, derivatives and securities transactions and related financial products; Managing projects involving different stakeholders, such as technology, risk management, finance, operations teams; Risk management or Risk Reporting capacity; Local regulatory requirements related to risk management; Interacting with front office, support functions and senior management.

Job Location: 500 Stanton Christiana Rd., Newark, DE 19713. This position requires up to 5% domestic travel. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
