As a Bookkeeper, you will conduct general clerical duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and bookkeeping. Responsibilities:
- General administrative and clerical duties, from answering phones to filing and making copies
- Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, and completing documents
- Managing, organizing, and collating legal documents
- Communicating with clients, counsel, and court officials
- Assisting with billing and accounting services
- Establishing, implementing, and improving existing work flows and administrative procedures
Requirements:
- No criminal history
- Ability to perform typing tasks with precision and knowledge of legal terms
- Ability to adapt case to case and perform in correct format
- Great organizational skills
- Able to work independently and take direction
- Paralegal experience is a Plus
