The Seattle, WA office is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Software Training/Support Specialist to provide hands-on training and development assistance for users on the variety of tools maintained in the Billing/Finance/Accounting areas. Products include: LawTime/Aderant, eBilling sites, Timekeeping, Paperless Prebills, Iridium Dashboards, Iridium Budgeting, Client Portals, Excel and Workflow. This individual would play a role in the design, development, communication and deployment of new and existing products used by the Accounting and Finance Departments.

 


Job Requirements/Specifications:

 

  • The individual in the role must have hands-on law firm training experience as well as have served in an Accounting functional role (such as billing, AR or finance).
  • The Financial Systems Training Specialist will also be expected to organize training activities with the Financial Systems Training & Support Manager to stay apprised of Help Desk calls fielded by Customer Care and to ensure a consistent look and delivery of LBBS training material and sessions across the firm.
  • College Degree Preferred
  • Minimum 5 years large Law Firm Accounting experience (to include any functional area such as Billing, AR, Trust, AP, Finance….)
  • Must have experience with Aderant Time and Billing Software
  • Self-starter who can work with little supervision, be extremely organized and very detail oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and prioritize incoming work to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor and customer service approach at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
