SalaryTrustpoint.one is pleased to be assisting a successful Minneapolis firm with an opening for a Billing and Conflict Specialist to support its accounting department with conflict searching and client billing. This is an onsite position. Hours are 8:30-5. The Billing and Conflict Specialist responsibilities to include conducting regular conflicts of interest searches, assisting with new hires, preparing and distributing client invoices, generating monthly statements and coordinating distribution to clients, serving as the primary contact for select lawyers regarding various billing formats and software options, organizing and maintaining client billing notes and instructions for invoicing and assisting with projects and offering backup as needed. Applicants must have strong analytical and organization skills, the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines, attention to detail and strong communication and customer service skills. The ideal applicant will have experience working in a legal setting and have conflicts of interest database and/or billing experience. All applicants must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
