Position Summary:

What you'll do...

• Provide robust data entry, search, and organization support utilizing various technology platforms, including Microsoft Office and specialized legal and database systems such as Passport and QuickBase.
• Conduct thorough data comparisons from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and maintain consistency.
• Respond promptly and effectively to ad hoc requests based on provided direction.

Professional Qualifications:

Legal Industry Experience:

• Practical experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Familiarity with legal industry terms and concepts.

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with Document Management Systems.

Multitasking and Deadline Management:

• Ability to work effectively and proactively, even under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Skillful coordination of multiple tasks concurrently to meet deadlines.

Corporate Environment Expertise:

• Previous experience in a large, fast-paced corporate environment.

Adaptability:

• Demonstrated ability to quickly master new software programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience as a paralegal, legal.
