Manage the learning environment through keeping accurate records, submitting grades and other reports on time, and enforcing school and campus academic policies.
Collect assessment data and participate in departmental strategies to improve the program and the general education curriculum.
Advance the school and campus mission through service, such as advising, curriculum design, and participation in faculty governance.
Establish professional rapport with diverse populations within the university and community.
