Days 6:00 am to 6:30 pm; Nights 6:00 pm to 6:30 am- 4 days on and 4 days off. Shift will rotate from days to nights every 12 weeks.
Here is a summary of the roles we are hiring for:
Receiving Lab Technician
Receiving Lab Technicians support site Quality & Food Safety in ensuring inbound materials are suitable for use. You will perform the sampling and quality testing of all incoming raw materials according to control plan. Perform receiving document procedures (delivery documentations) and sign delivery documents including, if necessary, quality / quantity objections. Inform Q&FS Manager of quality deviations according to product standards and production procedures. Also accept or decline reception of goods according to reception procedures. As well as collaborate with raw material supply coordinator on inbound receiving scheduling priority. Maintain lab inventory including chemicals, consumables, and testing kits. Perform area-related equipment first level maintenance. Detect and report raw material quality problems. Prepare samples and documentation for external labs. Responsible for assisting work areas in maintaining high levels of daily cleanliness and adherence to site GMP's.
Extruder Operator
Extruder Operatorsare responsible and accountable for assuring all formulas are manufactured according to Q&FS specifications and QMP standards in support of the Company's Quality and Food Safety principles. You must be capable of working at elevated heights and or confined spaces. You will assure the process equipment and all supporting processes are in compliance with Q&FS, QMP, and performance objectives at the following process flow points. This is subject to change based on operational requirements: Conditioning, Extrusion, Drying and Coating. Q&FS Testing Equipment and other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Packaging Operators
Packaging Operators are multi-skilled packing associates who are responsible for achieving maximum efficiency of our packing lines whilst ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are maintained. The Packaging Operator will also play a pivotal role in identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the packaging hall. Responsibilities include maintaining excellent packaging line efficiency in line with the set plan and escalate any deviation from standard or plan, being responsible for the achievement of GMP/GHP packaging score, ensuring cleaning regimes are upheld and fulfilled to the highest standard and actively participating in Operational processes that support the improvement of our business performance.
