What your day might look like

- Take prospects on tour of one or more of our apartment communities!
- Inspecting apartments prior to resident move ins to ensure move-in ready condition
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email
- Assist in lease renewals
- Respond to resident concerns with flexibility and genuine customer service

Our Compensation Philosophy
Fenton’s goal is to ensure performance-based compensation that is motivating and competitive – and we adopt a pay-for-performance approach. To support this goal, we obtain annual market data for each role from similar organizations in the applicable market to ensure we are paying based on current market information. Some of our roles include variable pay, which includes commissions and/or a bonus structure intended to incentivize performance where it matters most.
The compensation range for this position is $19 - $26 per hour plus leasing commissions that are currently $175 per lease! The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.

What we’re looking for
- Property management and/or leasing experience
- Sales experience including lead generation, up-selling and closing sales
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sister-properties within the portfolio
- Anticipate and fulfill customer needs in a courteous, professional, timely manner
- Basic understanding and ability to work within digital spaces. An eager individual ready to learn our internal residential systems and advertising platforms.
- Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors’ Degree strongly preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license, clean driving record and insurance required
