We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers:
- Help achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a greater than 95% occupancy end goal
- Obtain a renewal retention rate of greater than 35%
- Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month
