Leasing Director

We are currently seeking a full time Leasing Director to join our team of professionals at our apartment community in Lakeland, FL. Pay is $23.18 p/h plus potential bonus.

The position is Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm. Some rotating weekends may be needed.

Audubon Oaks is a 286-unit luxury residence community located in Lakeland, Florida. It has been expertly designed to preserve & allow enjoyment of the golf course environment. The residence & accompanying amenities are nestled among lush landscaping with expansive lakes & golf course views.

Job responsibilities:

• Develops and executes a marketing program with an emphasis to build relationships with the local community that fosters a positive image of the property.
• Crafts and implements a resident retention program that tells our residents we are a community dedicated to service.
• Plans and implements monthly resident functions to create a community where residents feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Greets prospective residents, builds rapport, and qualifies in a manner consistent with the image of the community.
• Tracks and reports all lease, marketing and maintenance data promptly and accurately.
• Keeps a constant eye on how we function, how our competitors function, and what’s happening in the market in order to sharpen our competitive edge.
