We are looking for a an AMAZING, DYNAMIC, FUN and HONEST Leasing Consultant to join our incredible team at The Veer Apartments in Orlando, Florida. Leasing
You are responsible for assisting in tracking and supporting prospective residents, turning leads into applications, helping applicants with the application process. You are ultimately responsible for creating a great experience for the residents from application through move out.
You are responsible for knowing and doing ALL of the following (Including, but not limited to):
- Rental Agreement
- Rates, Dates, & Occupancy
- Entrata (system and processes)
- Responding to all incoming emails, calls and voicemails
- Tours
You must ensure the following are completed and updated often (Including, but not limited to):
- Review leads and applications in system
- Review leases in detail during the lease generation process
- Contacts and follow-ups needed in Entrata
- Audit leases; dates, charges, continuity
- Move-ins and move-outs (key fob programming, information packets prepared, processing in system)
Marketing & Advertising
You should always be paying attention to the property from a marketing perspective, i.e: leasing office organization and cleanliness, show apartment, common areas, signage, curb appeal.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director, the Property Manager and the Assistant Manager to execute the following (Including, but not limited to):
- Marketing Plan & Schedule (coordinate with and assist marketing team)
- Website & Social Media (Be aware of necessary updates, ensure ads are being posted during leasing season)
- Event & Social Calendar
- Show Apartment & Leasing Route
- Resident Events (planning and execution)
- Signage and Advertising (Make sure the materials are available, put out as directed, and stored safely for future use)
Office Operations
You are responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the office area and the show apartment.
Specifically, you are will assist in the completion of the following (Including, but not limited to):
- Daily property walk and trash pick-up
- Phones and Voicemails (listening and responding DAILY)
- Emails (reading and responding DAILY)
- Entrata dashboard
- Delinquency and Collections
- Organization and Cleanliness; To include lights on, doors and blinds open, music on, prospect drinks and treats stocked, packages organized.
- Presentation of Office to the Residents and Prospects
You are also expected to complete Grace Hill training modules on time with a passing score (depending on the module).
