This Leasing Consultant Position Features:
Description: client/tenant income certifications for all clients.
• Establish a system for continual monitoring of certification status that includes number of certifications due, number of certifications in progress, and current status of each certification.
• Complete all client/tenant certifications timely and accurately in a manner consistent with regulatory guidelines.
• Issue periodic notices to clients/tenants notifying them of deadline dates to complete their income certification.
• Inform the property managers of the status of income certifications and seek their assistance and the assistance of support coordinators to obtain information needed to complete the certifications.
• Work with third-parties (banks, employers, government agencies) to obtain verification of tenant income and asset information.
• meet with tenants to collect income certification related information.
• Maintain tenant income certification information in Certification On Line System on a quarterly basis. Property Compliance:
