We are a growing Property Management Company in the Atlanta area that currently own and manage many multifamily residential communities in the Atlanta area. We pride ourselves on providing our residents with best-in-class service through impeccable property management and responsive support. We are currently in need of enthusiastic and ambitious Leasing Consultants. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales (preferably in the multifamily residential sector) and will be motivated by the opportunity to work for an hourly pay plus commission. We offer a bonus structure based on move ins and renewals monthly. Our employees are helpful and courteous, and we cultivate those same qualities in new hires. Weekend work and availability is required.

Leasing Consultant responsibilities

• Show apartment units to prospective tenants and process move-in paperwork for qualified applicants
• Maintain a strong closing ratio
• Encourage prospective tenants to lease from us by positioning our property and its units in a favorable light and offering the best possible customer service
• Set and achieve sales goals each quarter, motivational in the office and with other staff members
• Complete all required leasing training in effective closing techniques
• Ensure that all community areas, including the media center and leasing office, are in perfect condition
• Process service requests from tenants and ensure prompt response to inquiries
• Answer incoming telephone calls
• Assist the Property Manager in any tasks and with resident inquiries in a timely manner

Leasing Consultant skills and requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Bilingual preferred

Some experience in leasing, property and sales highly desired but not necessary. Typing and computer skills highly desired. Excellent communication and closing skills.
Moderate understanding of property management concepts and issues

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
