Leasing Agents work both in the office and in the field helping prospective residents find their new homes with Uptown Rental Properties!

Leasing Agent Responsibilities Include:
- Speak with and touring prospects at our Burlington and Florence locations with positivity and professionalism
- Drive to multiple (local) sites throughout the day
- Lease the greatest number of units in the shortest amount of time to maximize rental rates through showing apartments and adequate follow up techniques
- Act as the main point of contact for all prospective residents regarding general property information to keep them well-informed and ensure a positive resident experience
- Work closely with the Property Management Team to give prospective residents accurate information throughout the leasing process
Leasing Agent Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- A positive attitude and willingness to encourage co-workers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Schedule flexibility with weekend hours
- Professional appearance
- Sales experience preferred
Leasing Agent Compensation:
$16/hr
Schedule:
