Leasing Consultant
Triumph Management Company is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant who is looking to grow with our company.
This position is in Mission Viejo, California. The Saddleback Ranch Apartments is a 300-unit apartment community.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents.
· Create / Maintain the overall environment for the prospective residents, tour route, hospitality, etc.
· Following up on potential prospects.
· Processing rental applications in Yardi Voyager system.
· Working within other online programs we utilize.
· Assists the Manager in maintaining all aspects of property operations.
· Assists in Lease Renewals.
· Assists with Marketing.
· Ability to float to our other communities within the Triumph portfolio.
· Actively assisting in ensuring the property is maintained for showings.
· Inspects market ready and move-in condition apartments.
· Assists in ensuring that Community Policy and Lease Agreements remain in Compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years verifiable years leasing experience.
· Working knowledge of Yardi software.
· 1 -3 years of experience working with Microsoft Office Programs.
· An overall working knowledge of computers programs.
· Ability to communicate and connect with residents and prospects.
· Self-management and confident personality all the while being a Team player.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· High School Diploma and / or GED equivalent desired.
· Ability to work weekends – required.
· Must pass background check which includes a drug screening.
