- Zero Down Payment: No upfront payment is required to enter the lease.
- No Balloon Payment: There are no large final payments at the end of the lease term.
- Fuel Surcharge: A fuel surcharge of $0.355 per mile is currently in place, resulting in a total rate per mile of $1.64 to $1.67 in our reefer division.
Weekly Deductions:
- Truck Payment: $145 per week.
- Additional Deductions: $163 per week, covering Transflow, Qualcomm Rental, 2290 Tax, Bob-tail insurance, Occ Acc, and Physical Damage Insurance.
- Vacation Policy: During vacation periods, drivers are only required to pay $308 per week.
Equipment Details:
- Truck Models: Newer Cascadia Freightliner trucks, mostly less than 2 years old.
- Features: All trucks are equipped with a 2500-watt inverter and APU unit.
- Speed Limits: Trucks can run at 70mph on the pedal and 73mph on cruise.
- Additional Perks: We allow pets and passengers (older than 10 years of age).
Fuel and Expenses:
- Fuel Card: A fuel card is provided with a 15-30 cent discount per gallon. All expenses are deducted from the driver's gross earnings.
- Reefer Fuel: The company covers the cost of reefer fuel.
- Base Plates: Included in the lease, with no charge for the truck on the first settlement.
- Trailer Rent: No trailer rent fee is applied.
Operational Details:
- Service Area: We operate in all 48 states, primarily in the southern states (OK, AR, TX, KS, GA, NM), with 70% drop and hook, minimizing wait times at shippers and receivers.
- Mileage: Drivers are provided with 2700-3000 miles per week.
- Earnings: Take-home pay after all deductions ranges between $2000-$2500 per week, paid via direct deposit.
- Additional Pay: We compensate for detentions, layovers, and extra stops.
Orientation:
- Location: Orientation is held in Oklahoma.
- Duration: A 2-day process from Tuesday to Thursday.
- Travel Expenses: Can be covered by company.
